Ager hum aaj dekhe to ye situation me to hume pata lagta ki kitne labour hai jo yaha our bahar country me hai.. lockdown hone ke baad jab vo road par hume dikhe our aaj bhi unki work condition kya hai.. our yahi hum bahar ki country me dekhe to kitne labours vahi fase rahe kyu ki unhe vapus apni country me jaane ke liye koi raasta nhi tha. atleast unko food provide ho raha tha vo raaste par nhi the..

Labour law ki baat kre to bht saalo pahle labour pr ho rahe antayachar ka virod krte labours ne ek protest kiya ki labours ke working hrs kam kiye jaaye unko achi facility di jaaye Unko insan na samjh ke jaise kaam karaya jaa reha h vo na kiya jaaye isi ko.. 1947 me humare desh ko azadi milne ke baad 1950 me labour law ko laaya gaya…. our isme equality, gender discrimination, migrant worker, caste discrimination ke liye kaam ki jaghe law laya gaya. our kaam ke ghante ko kam kiya gaya – 8 hr working condition di gai…

India me dekhe to work place par Muslim bahut kam nazar aayege.. kyu ki ager hum dekhe to Muslim community ki padhai bahut kam nazar aati hai. Kuch Muslim select ho kar bhi kaam nhi krte kyu ki unko unki namaz ke liye and hur Friday ki namaz ke liye time cahiye hota hai…our yahi ager bahar ki country me dekhe to 3.5 million Indian gulf country me kaam karte hai,.. to usme se 30% Muslim employees hai India ke..

Ager Islamic country ke law dekhe to general migrant worker companies/establishments me kaam kar ne wale worker labour law me aate hai ..our (housemaids, house drivers, gardeners, etc.) 10 se kam labours ko rakhne wale farming and koi employment labour law me nhi aata hai and 500 ton se kam weight wali jahaz ke crew bhi labour law me nahi aate.. and zada se zada Indian labours isi kaam me bahar ki country me hote hai.. jo aaisi life jeete jo ek gulam jaise unke banke rahte hai… and waha ke law ke hisab se.. employment ka written contract signed zaruri hai and ye usually ye 2 years ka hota hai. ager hum Working hours/Weekly Holiday dekhe to Islamic country to to daily 8 hrs working hai and weekly 48 hr hona cahiye ..our yahi ramzan me reduce hoke daily working hours reduced hoke 6 hours hota hai..din ke and week ke 36 hours hota hai.and Friday aapka weekoff hota hai jo week ke koi day me change bhi kiya jaa sakta hai…ye saare law tab follow hote hai jab aap unke labour law me aate hai jaise ki maine bataya ager aap housemaids, house drivers, gardeners, etc.) hai to aap unke labour law me nhi aate… to aapko ye koi facility nhi di jaayegi..

Har country apne law khud banati h ager hum Islamic country ke law dekhe to vaha ke law Islam quran nabi ke laws ke hisab se vo vhi laws follow krte hai our ager hum India ke laws dekhe to ye ek democratic country h yaha koi religion ke hisab se laws nhi banaye gai…. isliye labour law me bhi kisi kaam ki jaghe religion nahi batate. koi religion follow kre aaisa koi law me nhi likha h India ke. but kaafi Muslim labour office me kaam nhi krte kyu ki unhe namaz ke liye time nhi milta.. but is vajhse kaam ki jaghe pe Muslim nhi dikhte our vo badi badi industry se dur hote dikh rahe jis vajhse.. unko our dur kiya jaa reha h. Islam me khi nhi likha ki hum kisi country ke laws ke against jaaye… deen and duniya saath leke chale.
