December 1946 se November 1949 ke bich me svatantra Bharat ke liye ek naya sanvidhan bana. Bharat ke sanvidhan sabha ne 26 November 1949 ko bharat ka sanvidhan apnaya tha joh 26 January 1950 se lagu huwa hai jisko hum 26 January ko Republic day bhi bolte hai. Agar hum constitution follow nahi karte hai toh hum constitution ki disrespect karte hai and constitution me sab dhal ek samaan hai . 

Article 14 – The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India, on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth. Article 25 of the Constitution guarantees freedom of religion to all persons in India. It provides that all persons in India, subject to public order, morality, health, and other provisions have the right to freely profess, practise and propagate religion.
